Utkast. Den endelige teksten kvalitetssikres av en som kan GDPR.

What we store about you

First name, last name, email address, your answers on regular doors, and whether you have opened and answered each door. Answers to anonymous questions are stored with no link to you.

Why, and on what legal basis

Your employer has ordered the calendar to strengthen team spirit and get an anonymous summary of how you are doing. The legal basis is your employer’s legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

It is voluntary

You can choose not to log in, skip doors or not appear on the leaderboard, with no consequences for you.

Who sees what

The team sees your answers with your name on regular doors. The leader sees the leaderboard, and the answer wall only if the leader takes part. The leader and the supplier see how many have answered, but never what each person answered on anonymous questions. Results are only shown when at least 5 have answered. The supplier (Angie) can hide posts that break the terms.

Who processes the data for us

Supabase (database in an EU region), Vercel (hosting of the website) and an email service that sends codes and reminders (to be chosen). Fonts and charts are part of the app itself, and videos link to YouTube instead of being embedded.

How long

The calendar can be read until the end of February. All personal data is deleted on 28 February 2027, and from the backups within X days (to be decided when the Supabase plan is chosen).

Who is responsible

Your employer is the data controller. The supplier is the data processor, with a data processing agreement.

Your rights
